Josef Frýbort wirkte im Großraum Kyjov. Er führte mit besonderem Engagement und Ethusiasmus ambitionierte Jugendliche in das Reich der mährischen Blasmusik. Ohne seinen unermüdlichen Einsatz wären uns vermutlich viele Namen wie Pavluš, Procházka, Konečný, Slabák, Pfeffer, Gurský, Mistříňanka, Stříbrňanka u.v.a.m. gar nicht so geläufig. Mit Worten von Vojtěch Horký im Interview anlässlich des 30sten Bestandsjubiläums von Stříbrňanka am 18. Sep. 2000: An wen erinnert euch am Liebsten von denen, die mit der Blaskapelle zusammengearbeitet haben? "Zweifelsohne an Slávek Smišovský. Er zeigte uns, dass Blasmusik nicht nur "umtata, umtata" ist. Der Höhenpunkt unserer Verbindung war das Stück "Zahrada Moravy / Mährischer Garten" ... Der weitere, der mit der Blaskapelle für immer verknüpft bleibt, ist Josef Frýbort ...
